POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING:
Normal processing and shipping times are within 48 hours of receipt of order. Same day processing may be available upon request. But cannot be guaranteed.
Same-day shipping may be available upon request, but it cannot be guaranteed. Please see the details below for same-day shipping options.
- USPS Ground cannot be used for same-day shipping. Customers must select FedEx Expedited (either Overnight or 2-day service).
- To qualify for FedEx Expedited shipping, orders must be received by 12:00 PM EST. Please note that this does not guarantee same-day shipping. For example, if credit card information is not up to date or declined for any reason the order may not ship that same day.
- Customers must provide a credit card for FedEx Expedited shipping; PayPal is not accepted for same day shipping, a credit card must be provided.
BACK ORDER POLICY:
- No back orders will be processed without prior approval from the customer.
- Any back orders under $25.00 will be cancelled.
- Customers will receieve an email when a back order is ready. In the event that this email is unconfirmed for a period of 2 days, the back order is subject to cancellation.
CREDIT CARDS:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted.
TERMS:
We accept credit cards & PayPal only.
PAST DUE ACCOUNTS / LATE PAYMENT CHARGES:
No orders will be processed or shipped to past due accounts.
- Pay by check - 1 ½ % interest per month will be charged to all past due accounts.
- Pay by credit card - Visa, MasterCard, or Discover payments- 2 ½ % charge, American Express payments- 3 % charge.

BILLING:
The cost of Sterling Silver & Gold Filled orders are based upon the 2nd London Fix market price (11:00 AM EST) on the date the order is received.
WIRE:
Available coiled or spooled. Coils are available in 4" and 8 ½" outside diameter. Please specify when ordering.
No returns on coiled or spooled wire.
SPECIAL PACKAGING OPTIONS
Sterling Silver and Gold Filled items sold in 100 piece ( C ) lots
- Bulk Packaging - No Charge
- A packaging fee of $.20 (per bag) will apply for anything other than bulk packaging.
Bali Style Silver, Genuine Copper, Pewter, Base Metal Plated, Antique Brass, Base Metal Raw
- Bulk Packaging - No Charge
- Packaging of any quantity $ .20 per bag
Wire- Sterling Silver & Gold Filled sold by the ounce or Genuine Copper sold by the pound
- Sterling Silver and Gold Filled wire packaged in 1 oz coils or spools - no charge
- Packaged less than one ounce - $.50 per cut
- Packaged less than one pound - $.50 per cut
Chain sold by the foot
- Bulk spool - no charge
- Individual cuts $.50 per cut i.e. 5 foot lengths - $.50 per cut
- No returns on chain cut under 25 feet will be accepted
Note - all orders are triple checked for weight. NO SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
If there is a problem, you must contact customer service immediately (within 24 hours of receipt)
Failure to follow these procedures will render any claim null and void.
RETURN POLICY
Returns Timeframe: Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date otherwise restocking fees may apply
Condition of Merchandise: Unless broken or defective all returned merchandise must be in reasonable, resalable condition. Pre-Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-authorized.
- No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. An authorized return label will be provided once the return is approved.
- Failure to have an authorization label on the outside of box will result in package being refused .
Return Documentation: To process a return, please ensure the following information is included:
- Account number and billing (account) name.
- A copy of the packing slip for the shipped merchandise.
- Reason for return (e.g., factory defect).
- The return authorization label must be clearly visible on the outside of the box.
If you choose to refuse a package, please be aware that you will be required to pay the shipping charges.
