Step-by-Step Assembly
Bracelet Instructions
Measure your wrist with a cloth measuring tool. If you donât have one, use paper or string and mark where it meets. I'm using a rubber band that i'll be marking with a pen.
- Wrap around your wrist.
- Mark where it meets.
- Lay it on a ruler.
Accumulate enough of your desired beads for your fit. Divide bracelet length (mm) by bead size (mm), keeping the knot in mind.
Stretch the string slightly before starting. Tape or clamp one end so beads donât roll off.
Once your bead order is set, string them onto the Stretch Magic cord until complete.
Get ready to create your knot.
- Pre-stretch the string
- Cross strands (right over left)
- Fold one end over to create a half knot
- Cross strands again (left over right)
- Fold one end over
- Pull tight
- Repeat, glue, then trim close
- Slide knot under a bead and let dry
Tips for a Professional Finish
- Alternate knot direction (left-over-right, then right-over-left) for a more secure knot.
- Lightly pre-stretch your cord.
- Lay out your bead pattern before stringing.
Final Thoughts
Now that youâve got the basics down, try experimenting with different desert pearl bead shapes and sizes to create a whole set, stacking bracelets is where these really shine. If you want to level up the look, focus on consistent spacing, a balanced pattern, and a tidy hidden knot. Check the video below for a visual references if you get stuck.
