Customer Spotlight - 31 Bits
By Sophia@wjsco.com - February 01, 2017Our -- #WJSCustomerSpotlight – this week goes to 31 Bits from Costa Mesa, California! Founded in 2008, 31 Bits works with artisans in Uganda & Indonesia who have spent years studying and perfecting the craft of making & creating jewelry from brass. These artisans are able to work full-time, allowing them to provide for their families, send their kids to school, and put money into savings. For them, it's not just about making money, it's about doing something they love. From the first cut of brass to the soldering and sanding to the final polish, the long and intricate process of creating a piece of jewelry is creative, expressive, and fulfilling.
“Our mission is to provide artisans with fair, safe & joyful working conditions while giving customers access to their beautiful products. We believe how your products are made MATTERS.” – Founders; Kallie Dovel, Alli Swanson, Anna Toy, Brooke Hodges, & Jessie Simonson
